We all know that reuse is the best kind of recycling. Before any book is recycled, B-Logistics works with a number of donation partners to find a home for each book. To see some of the organizations B-Logistics works with, click here.
Unsold materials are first offered to a variety of non-profit partners which promote book donations, reading, literacy and education domestically and internationally. Any remaining unsold items are recycled into reusable raw materials. Books may be recycled into raw paper pulp, animal litter, or even home insulation. Our recycling partners recycle not only unsold books, but also used cardboard boxes, VHS and audio cassettes, microfilm, CDs, DVDs, jewel cases, plastic stretch wrap and wooden pallets. None of your unsold material goes to the landfill.
